After each sale we send out questionnaires to both the buyer and seller. These questionnaires ask for their opinion on our service levels and their level of satisfaction with Cooper & Tanner. The quotes below are taken from questionnaires received across the firm over the past few months.

Each questionnaire allows a score out of 100, we can then score customer/client satisfaction on a percentage basis. The highest scoring offices in April were Street & Glastonbury with 100% The company average for April was 96.2%.
