DESCRIPTION A renovated three bedroom semi-detached home set within a quite cul de sac close to the city centre offered with no onward chain. The house has been beautifully enhanced in recent years but still offers scope to extend if required.
The accommodation comprises a generous entrance hall with downstairs w/c. The open plan kitchen/dining room has a range of fitted units with soft close doors and drawers and topped with wooden work surfaces, a built in dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a larder style cupboard, 'Rangemaster' cooker and French doors opening out to the garden. An opening connects the kitchen to the sitting room which again has French doors opening to the garden along with a brick built open fireplace with wooden surround and mantle.
To the first floor are two generous double bedrooms, one having built in storage and the other having a lovely aspect over the rear gardens. The third bedroom, a single, has a built in airing cupboard and the recently fitted bathroom comprises a bath with shower above, toilet, wash hand basin with storage and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE Approaching the property is a driveway which can accommodate parking for two to three cars leading to a single garage with 'up and over' door. The front garden has an area of lawn with shrubs whilst the rear garden is split over two levels. The lower level, accessed either from the kitchen, sitting room or side access is gravelled which makes for a perfect area for outside seating. Steps leads up to a well manicured lawn with a variety of shrubs, bushes and trees.
