DESCRIPTION Situated within this popular village along a no through road, this charming detached cottage offers all the character and warmth one could want. The property has been sympathetically updated by the current owner but still leaves potential to convert the stone built workshop and carport to provide extra accommodation or workspace. The accommodation in brief comprises; large conservatory to the rear which is currently doubled up as a dining room over looking the garden; double aspect sitting room with wood burner in a Blue Lias stone surround, wooden floorboards, beams and original wooden cottage doors. The kitchen has been updated within the last two years and overlooks the garden. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor with a stable door leading to the garden and an ensuite shower room along with the family bathroom. There are two further bedrooms to the first floor.
OUTSIDE Outside the property there is off road parking and a stone built carport attached to a workshop. The cottage garden enjoys sunshine for the majority of the day. The garden has many aspects to it, a lawned area in the centre with a vegetable patch, mature flowerbeds/shrubs, a patio seating area and a pergola with creeping roses. The workshop is located very close to the house and could be integrated into more accommodation/workspace. There is a mezzanine level upstairs currently used for storage and a door leading into the carport.
