DESCRIPTION Marigold cottage is a pretty stone cottage in the heart of the village with deceptively spacious and flexible accommodation arranged over three floors.
ACCOMMODATION The accommodation very briefly includes an entrance porch, a spacious and light living room, a stylish kitchen/breakfast room which provides a range of wall and base units, an integrated cooker/hob, room for a table and chairs and access into the rear hall, utility room and w.c. A trap door at the bottom of the staircase leads down to a cellar which is an excellent space with good head height and could suit a number of uses, depending on the purchasers requirements.
On the first floor there is a large double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, a good size single and a well presented bathroom with a bath and shower over.
OUTSIDE The gardens lie to the rear of the house and are completely enclosed by pretty stone walls and bordered by a number of plants and shrubs. This is a perfect seating area for a summers evening and enjoys a good degree of privacy.
LOCATION Leigh on Mendip is a pretty and popular Mendip village offering a primary school and pre-school, pub and village hall.
