DIRECTIONS From Wells take the B3139 sign posted to Wookey. After approx. 1 mile you will see the Burcott Inn on your right. Turn immediately right into Vicarage Close and continue to the crossroads. At the crossroads turn left onto the High Street. Continue until you have the Ring 'O' Bells on your right. Immediately opposite you will see Preybrook Court under an archway. Continue to the end of the cul-de-sac where you will find two Preybrook Court.
