WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

All you need to do to instruct us to sell your property is to call us to arrange for a visit to your home. Once we receive your instructions we will organise the photographs and floor plan and EPC if necessary.

We will then guide you through the process and once you are happy with the presentation of your home we will ‘go live’ and onto the market.
