Why are we hosting these sessions?
The Renters' Rights Bill, currently in discussion and progressing through parliament, is expected to bring significant reforms to the private rental sector. With changes on the horizon, it’s vital for landlords to understand how these may affect their properties, responsibilities and relationships with tenants.

Our drop-in sessions are designed to provide clarity and guidance—no need to book an appointment, just stop by for a chat with our experienced lettings experts.

What Are the Key Issues?
While details of the Bill are still being debated, some of the key areas that landlords should be aware of include:

The End of Section 21 'no-fault' evictions – What this means for landlords and how possession claims may work in the future
Stronger tenant rights – New minimum housing standards and additional protections for renters
Changes to rent increases – How landlords can fairly and legally adjust rental prices
Pets in rental properties – Understanding proposed new rights for tenants with pets and what landlords can do
New compliance and licensing requirements – Ensuring your property meets evolving legal standards.

Whether you have one property or a full portfolio, staying ahead of legislative changes is key to protecting your investment. Our team will be on hand to answer your questions and provide expert advice on how to navigate these changes while maintaining a successful and compliant rental business.

We also welcome new landlords who may be considering letting their properties. If you're thinking about renting out a property, now is a great time to come and explore how we can support you.

Your rental properties are in safe hands. Our expert team will be available to answer any questions and provide clarity on the key changes ahead. We look forward to seeing you there!
