Cooper and Tanner’s equestrian department successfully combines a vast range of professional experience with practical equestrian knowledge and a real love of horses.
Thinking about selling?
From pony paddocks to properties with established equestrian facilities we are able to advise on all aspects of marketing and selling your property. As many of our team are horse owners, we appreciate and understand what is involved to secure you the right buyer and can call on our own experience to ensure that your property is marketed to its full potential. We include equestrian specific marketing in our strategies which will be tailored to your property and also to you. It can include exposure on specialist portals, such as Horse and Hound online, social media, displays at Mole Valley Farmers and within the equestrian page of our own Property and Auction News.
Thinking about buying?
We would be delighted to be able to help guide you through the process of buying a property. Again whether it is a paddock that you are starting out with or a fully functioning equestrian unit, we are here to help. We are also able to provide formal valuation advice to assist with a purchase.
Thinking about renting out your property?
Renting out a property, particularly one with equestrian facilities and land, can be an absolute mine field. Our rural team can make sure that you have the appropriate occupation agreements in place.
Thinking about expanding or setting up?
We can advise on the gaining of planning consent, from a new stable block or a manege to an equestrian tied dwelling or change of use on some existing buildings.
We are able to provide valuations for tax and insurance purposes.
If you need finance, as agents for AMC, we might be able to help and would certainly be happy to talk to you about your requirements.
