National Lockdown Following the recent announcement and having looked at the guidance from the Government we would like to reassure all of our clients that Cooper and Tanner will remain open during the lockdown period, but perhaps not quite in the normal way. All our offices will be closed to members of the public unless you make an appointment to come into see us, which we would be more that happy for you to do.
Our Residential Sales and Lettings teams along with our Country House and Farms, Development, Commercial and Land and Property Departments will be carrying out appraisals and viewings as normal, subject of course to Government Guidelines being followed. However, the health and well being of our colleagues and clients is our priority and so if we aren't able to arrange an appointment straight away then we ask that you are patient with us. Whilst our Outside Sales department and Sale Rooms have had to put upcoming sales on hold for the time being, both departments are very much open and would be more than happy to help with any enquiries. The Rural Professional teams at both Glastonbury and Standerwick are also open for business and ready to assist.
We are all working in uncertain times and having to adapt to different ways in which we can look after our clients and if you have any concerns then please do let us know.We are estate agents, property, antique and livestock auctioneers and residential, agricultural and commercial specialists covering Somerset and Wiltshire. We also offer a comprehensive letting service.
