Cooper and Tanner have a team of qualified valuation surveyors and experienced support staff. As members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and several registered valuers, we provide valuation advice in accordance with the RICS ‘Red Book’, globally recognised professional valuation standards.

We also have members of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) and National Association of Estate Agents Commercial (NAEA Comm). Our surveyors undertake annual continual professional development and have wealth of experience and knowledge on a wide range of property related matters.

We carry out valuations of agricultural, rural, residential, and commercial property and have specialist valuers in relation to development land, live and deadstock, antiques and household contents.
