Celebrating staff promotions

Nothing gives us greater pride than seeing members of our team progress and flourish within the company. We are delighted to announce a series of well-earned promotions, recognising the hard work, dedication and expertise of key members of staff. These promotions take effect from 1st April.

New Directors: Adam Scott and Stuart Johnson
We are thrilled to welcome Adam and Stuart to the board of directors. Both have shown exceptional leadership and commitment to the company, and we look forward to their continued contributions in shaping the future of Cooper and Tanner.

Senior Associate: Ross Whitcombe
Ross has played a vital role in expanding our presence in Bridgwater while also leading the sheep auction section at Frome Livestock Market. Under his guidance, this sector has gone from strength to strength. We are delighted that Ross will step up to the role of Senior Associate.

Associate: Lauren Patterson
Lauren has been instrumental in the expansion of our lettings business, working alongside Director John Phillips to provide clients with expert advice and ensuring compliance with ever-changing legislation. Her diligence and expertise make her a deserving recipient of this promotion to Associate.

Branch Manager: Ken Williams
Ken joined us as Sales Manager in Warminster, bringing with him years of experience as both an agent and business owner. His leadership has driven positive changes in the office, and we are pleased to promote him to Branch Manager.

Sales Managers: Tia Cuff and Ross Bowers
Tia began her journey with Cooper and Tanner in a junior role and has since become an integral part of the Wells office. Working closely with Sam, Tia has shown remarkable growth and dedication, earning her promotion to Sales Manager.
Ross Bowers has been part of our Frome team for nearly three years, demonstrating commitment and expertise in his role. His dedication to delivering outstanding service and results makes him the perfect choice for the position of Sales Manager.
