Cooper and Tanner are delighted to announce that they have purchased Jill Meadows Lettings Ltd in Wells and that they will soon be opening a dedicated Cooper and Tanner Lettings branch in the City. Jean Moakes, of Cooper and Tanner, will be heading up the new office off Sadler Street. This new office will be a welcome addition to their high profile residential sales presence in Wells.
Jill Meadows has built up an enviable reputation as the leading independent letting agent in the area. Jill will remain as a consultant during the handover period. Both Jill and Jean are dedicated to providing Jill’s clients and new Cooper and Tanner landlords and tenants with the exemplary service that both firms are already known for. This new venture allows Cooper and Tanner to further enhance the spectrum of services that we can offer new and existing clients.
Cooper and Tanner continue to be a firm that does not rest on its laurels. The drive has always been to push forward into new territories, whilst at the same time building on their existing reputation. The lettings department has grown exponentially over the past five years, and the new Wells lettings team looks forward to working with the locations existing clients and tenants and welcoming more as we move forward.
