March successes across Cooper and Tanner

March successes across Cooper and Tanner hero
Cooper and Tanner are proud of the hard work and dedication given by all our teams across Somerset and Wiltshire, and it's important to recognise the effort exhibited. March was an exceptionally busy month and our teams continued to pull out all the stops to finish the financial year strong.

*EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH – FIONA NORRIS*
Fiona is a long-standing member of Cooper and Tanner who up until lock down last year provided support to our Auction and Country House departments. As the business reopened after the first lockdown she was redeployed to work alongside the team in the Frome Residential office. Over the last 12 months Fiona has been instrumental in the outstanding success of the office by providing unwavering support and help to Adam and his team. During a time of record sales, it really had been all hands to the pump and Fiona often goes above and beyond to make sure that the office runs smoothly and that the level of service that we like to provide our clients is maintained.

*NEGOTIATOR OF THE MONTH – STEPHEN MATHEWS*
Stephen joined the Warminster Cooper and Tanner team nearly two years ago as one of our Sales Negotiators.  Whilst operating with a reduced staff in recent months, Stephen has embraced the challenges faced in the residential market, going above and beyond to support both his colleagues and clients. His continued commitment to the office has been greatly appreciated and he has made sure that Warminster has been able to succeed, and his clients received outstanding service.  Stephen continues to be a solid team player and this recognition is well deserved.

*RESIDENTIAL OFFICE OF THE MONTH - WARMINSTER*
Our Warminster team have had an exceptional month, pulling together to ensure that properties went through smoothly and that clients at all stages received the high levels of service that they expect from Cooper and Tanner. The team’s dedication to their clients has stapled their position as the number one agent in Warminster, a notable achievement set against the challenges faced in recent times. Yet as a branch their commitment and experience has shown that the Warminster market is thriving, and Cooper and Tanner are working hard to support their local clients.

*NON-RESIDENTIAL OFFICE OF THE MONTH – SHEPTON MALLET*
For two months on the trot our Shepton Mallet Lettings team have exceeded even their own high expectations! Last month was an outstanding effort by the long-standing Cooper and Tanner team, with a multitude of new instructions, ensuring good availability for the Shepton Mallet area, and all being let exceedingly quickly to the delight of their clients. Well done and thank you to Jean, Natasha and Lauren for their hard work!
