More Landlord Drop-in Sessions announced

Following the success of our recent Landlord Drop-in Sessions, we’re pleased to announce even further events planned for this May and June. These sessions have proved invaluable to landlords seeking clarity on the upcoming Renters' Rights Bill - and we're running these extra dates to give even more landlords the chance to stay informed.
Led by our Director of Lettings, John Phillips, and supported by members of the lettings team, these informal, no-appointment-needed sessions offer a chance to ask questions and gain insights into the changes that could significantly impact landlords across our region.
Upcoming dates and locations:
- Cheddar Office - Wednesday, 7th May
- Standerwick Courtyard Office - Wednesday, 14th May
- Shepton Mallet Office - Thursday, 22nd May
- Street Office - Wednesday, 4th June
All sessions run from 9am to 1pm, just drop in, enjoy a cuppa and have a chat, there’s no need to book.
The Renters' Rights Bill, which aims to increase tenant protections while redefining landlord responsibilities, is currently making its way through Parliament. At present, the Bill is progressing through the committee stage in the House of Commons and could receive Royal Assent later this year - making now the perfect time for landlords to understand what might be coming and how best to prepare.
Whether you’re an experienced landlord or just starting out, these sessions provide a welcoming and informative space to ask questions, discuss the latest updates and ensure your property remains compliant and well-managed.
