From pony paddocks to properties with established equestrian facilities, we are able to advise on all aspects of marketing and selling your property. It can include exposure on specialist portals, such as Horse and Hound online, social media, displays at Mole Valley Farmers and within the equestrian page of our own Property and Auction News.
As active members of the local equestrian community we can talk with firsthand experience about the local area to potential buyers including the superb range of venues we have in the vicinity, plus the local riding and pony clubs. We recognise how important these venues and organisations are and we’re incredibly proud to be able to support some of these through sponsorship including Warminster Saddle Club and Mendip Plains EC alongside three events in the local eventing calendar – Mendip Plains BE, Nunney International Horse Trials and an event close to many of our hearts, the Hannah Francis ODE in July.
