Based in the heart of the capital in St James’s Place, with a street level office and large window display.  The London Office provides Cooper and Tanner with that all important London presence – vital for reaching London buyers. The West Country is high on the list of desirable areas for people moving from the capital, particularly the towns and villages within the Cooper and Tanner region.

The London Office also provides a national coverage via the network of independent quality agents spread across the country. This allows Cooper and Tanner to tap into buyers from across the country and help our local clients to relocate elsewhere.

We hold regular events in the capital, in particular the ‘London and Property Country Show’ co-ordinated via The London Office and utilising the strong network of prime London agents ‘Douglas & Gordon’. This annual event is a highpoint in the diary of London based buyers. The beautiful ‘acquire’ magazine is produced twice a year and features not only properties handled by Cooper and Tanner, but also those being offered by our fellow London Office agents across the country.
