Livestock sales specialists for over 100 years. As part of our rural services department, Cooper and Tanner have a successful team of specialist livestock auctioneers and valuers. We are heavily involved in the tremendously successful Frome Livestock Market providing high profile and experienced auctioneers on a weekly basis at the livestock sale held at Standerwick on the outskirts of Frome. The team is led by senior cattle auctioneer Trevor Rowland, assisted by Tim Hector and Victoria Eden.
In addition to market duties we conduct on farm herd and flock dispersal sales of all types of livestock. As well as being able to offer sales by auction, we can provide a private treaty sales service if required. Valuations of livestock are carried out on a regular basis for probate, partnership dissolution, tax and many other purposes.
